Many of us are eager to return to activities and now that restrictions are easing we hope to resume activities the week commencing 15th June. Taking these guidelines into account Show Jumping & Flatwork lessons will resume initially with a timetable planned for 3 weeks starting June 15th.
All age groups will be catered for with lessons each week.
Additional training will be planned taking account of demand and the lifting /maintenance or retightening of restrictions imposed by the Government.
To resume activities the IPC HAS RECCOMMENDED THAT SOCIAL DISTANCING MUST BE OBSERVED AT ALL TIMES. Respiratory etiquette and good hand hygiene must be implemented throughout.
These will include
1. Social Distancing in parking areas 5m apart
2.ALL BOOKINGS ONLINE IN ADVANCE
3.Names and contact details for all in attendance will have to be registered at booking and confirmed at the event for contact tracing.
4. Covid Compliance officer will be present at all events to ensure compliance of these measures.
5.NO SPECTATORS OR ADDITIONAL FAMILY MAY ATTEND EVENTS. ONE PARENT ONE/TWO RIDER.
6. Bring own hand sanitizer.
7.Any person diplaying any symptoms associated with COVID-19 or those who have been in close contact with of a confirmed case or those in a high risk group or caring for a vunerable person should not attend any branch activities.
